Gas Monitoring in Central Heating Units
The straightforward, clear KIMESSA gas monitoring system
prevents the uncontrolled development of gas concentrations.
Gas leaks from old equipment and vibrations in the fittings
are detected early. The alarm arrangement of the DUOline or
CANline system shuts down the gas flow, closes the magnetic
vent, turns off the furnace, switches on the ventilation, and
raises an alarm in the danger zone.
The explosion zone is established by the type of measurement
sensor. The KSP 168 gas measurement sensors are used for zone
2. The explosion-protected GSP 121 Ex-ATEX gas measurement sensor
is used for zone 1.
The central strobe light and/or an alarm horn are used to signal
a gas alarm. In most cases, the strobe light located close to
the danger zone is sufficient so that the security expert knows
to work carefully. The alarm horn is a particularly useful application
for industrial settings.
The KIMESSA systems offer comprehensive security and precise
measurement with central units, gas measurement sensors, and
precise measurements.
Together with the high-quality KIMESSA gas measurement and control
units, a correctly planned gas monitoring installation guarantees
the desired level of safety. The technical expertise at KIMESSA
and its representatives as well as many years of practical experience
provide users with a reference for an optimum solution. |
